The week in review...

How far did you say the allied troops are from Berlin? And has anyone seen my cigar?

Okay, does anyone see the similarity with the ostrich on the right?

The mornings start with...
Play time!

Yeah!

And then we sleep...

Little fishies,
you enthrall us with your mystery, especially when the AC comes on!

Hanging ten.

Whoa. Bath time!

Thanks, dad, I love bath time!

Wow! Is that my foot you got?! That's amazing!

Yeah, that's good. Scrub that. Good.

Yeah, get the back too. I'm pretty sure there's still some crusty puke there.

Oh, the joys!

My first father's day card!

But what's not to love???

About this...

And this!

And this!

And this!

Yup. Definitely time for another crib for the drawer babies!

Getting ready for an evening stroll...

The following shots are a good example of Annika's coy smile. Notice how she curls back her shoulders in the third shot, then re-opens up in the next pics. It's so early to be flirting like that!

So much for coy. Now rub my feet.

Almost, not quite, holding hands.

Allll-moooost! Not quite, holding hands.

I'm not really sure who this kid is, but I found him on the internets and thought he seemed too cool not to share.

Yup. Life is good!

Seriously, it just doesn't fit. Or maybe I'm just not wearing it right?

A blooming summer flower, growing like a weed!

And if anyone noticed, in the pictures from our walk just a couple of days earlier, we were all bundled up with watch caps. Granted, they had super cute little dogs on them, but watch caps all the same. That's a Portland June for ya!

This baby watching has me exhausted!
Or maybe it's just all the playing with Wilson and green sock?

Wilson! Did you say Wilson! Yes! Let's do! He's right here? Isn't he fun? You want him', right? Isn't he just the best?! I know, I know. Okay, now take him. Go on, throw him! He loves it! I love it!!! Wiiiiilson!!!!!

Bath time!

Mom, you're the best! I love baths!

No. Seriously, I love baths!

On the other hand...
Whoa. This is pretty cool...
Yeah, I kinda like it...
Ah, Grandma, you're great! Thank you!

Chillin' with  the pack....

Oh, yeah, it's hard having grandma here!

Yup. You put the lime in the coconut again. Love that!

The hat's where it's at!

Sporting a new look for summer...

Looks pretty nice with the brim up, or down. S-weeeet!!!

Milk Drunk

This girl knows how to finish off a bottle!

The week in pictures

Some pics from the last few days..
Annika and Luka enjoying some mom lap time.

Working on the six pack.

Getting the crust off while Kristin listens to Ernie singing about Rubber Ducky for the first time ever. Many firsts!

A captive audience for dad's singing efforts. They definitely like Dream a Little Dream!

Just plain cute!

I hear people are saying the Corleoni's are old history... I will talk about this with the boys.

Love that changing table time! It's where life's messes are cleaned up to a song and dance!

A middle of the night pic. They have gotten so big that we have just about outgrown co-sleeping them in the same crib. To think that the drawer babies now just about span the width of the crib!

Visiting with friends....

What did he say? That's crazy!

That's so funny! Do it again!

We just love the way...

that tree...

shimmers at sunset!

Just can't get enough of it. It's so pretty!

No, really...

say that again!
Seriously, that's hilarious!

You're funny, man! Now say it again...

Winston, or Bruce?

Our friend John...

seen here with Annika some weeks ago (my, how she's grown!), says that all babies look like Winston Churchill.

But that Luka, especially, looks like Winston Churchill.

What do you think?

And, the clincher, perhaps the most iconic image of Winston Churchill, purportedly taken after the cigar was pulled from his mouth by the photographer:

I think it might just be about the bow tie. Hmmm...

Of course, after bath time, when his hair is on end, there just may be another similarity:

Or this one:

Winston or Bruce? No fear, and pretty badass, either way!
